So implies the
Washington Times with the lead paragraph:
Polls show this year's presidential race every bit as close as the 2000 election. Voters who supported President Bush four years ago who now support John Kerry are everywhere. So, where then are this year's Bush supporters who voted for former Vice President Al Gore in 2000?
And the answer is....
...they found one. Dr. John Schmitt. He's voting for Bush because, despite voting for Gore and liking Kerry, he hates Edwards.
Let's see if we got this right: documented large swaths of Bush voters turning to Kerry this time. People upset by a variety of things - Iraq, the deficit, bad economy, etc. But, there's this one guy who switches in the other direction becasue he knows some of the doctors who were sued by Edwards and doesn't like him becasue of it.
Yup, BC04 is really getting its work done out there on the trail.
